Registration ICTF2023

Registrations for the conference will be dealt by ICTF2023 secretariat.

All correspondence concerning registration (payment charges, cancellation, etc.) should be directed to info@ictf2023.com

Anyone wishing to attend the ICTF2023 conference must submit a completed registration form.

Full Conference Registration fees

Full Conference Registration Includes:

  • Access to all Scientific Sessions and Exhibition Hall
  • Welcome Reception on September 25th, 2023 (Confirmation required during the registration process)
  • Social activity (visit to Atapuerta excavations) and Gala Dinner on September 28th, 2023 (Confirmation required during the registration process)
  • All Networking coffee-breaks
  • Lunchs of 26th, 27th and 28th of September 2023.

Partial Congress Registration

Payment

Payment for the conference should be made in EUR via bank transfer, PayPal or with a credit card.

Please ensure that all documents relating to the payment of fees include your name, address, ICTF2023 and ID number as a reference.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be in writing and sent to ICTF2023 info@ictf2023.com

  • In case of cancellation before (and including) July 31st, 2023, the full amount less a cancellation fee of EUR 100 will be refunded.
  • In case of cancellation after August 1st, 2023, no refund will be made.

Refunds will only be processed after the conference.

  • After receiving your payment we will send you a confirmation of your registration by email.
