Registration instructions OSS 2024
The following registration fees apply:

Due to their limited availability, the requested single rooms will be assigned to non-students on a first-come-first-serve basis once the registration opens after the abstract acceptance notification. You will receive the instructions for registration together with the abstract acceptance notification. For that reason, please inform us in advance also if you plan to attend the meeting without oral nor poster contribution.
Registration for workshop participants covers the following:
- Scientific program
- Accommodation from Sunday, June 2nd (check-in) to Friday, June 7th (check-out)
- Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
- Coffee breaks
- Conference banquet
Registration for accompanying persons covers the following:
- Accommodation from Sunday, June 2nd (check-in) to Friday, June 7th (check-out)
- Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
- Conference banquet
Cancellation policy:
- Before May 1st, 100% refund.
- From May 1st to May 23rd, 50% refund.
- No refund after May 23rd.
