Registration instructions OSS 2026

The following registration fees apply:

Due to their limited availability, the requested single rooms will be assigned to non-students on a first-come-first-serve basis once the registration opens after the abstract acceptance notification. You will receive the instructions for registration together with the abstract acceptance notification. For that reason, please inform us in advance also if you plan to attend the meeting without oral nor poster contribution. 

 Registration for workshop participants covers the following:

  • Scientific program
  • Accommodation from Sunday, June 7th (check-in) to Friday, June 12th (check-out)
  • Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
  • Coffee breaks
  • Conference banquet
  • Excursion 

Registration for accompanying persons covers the following:

  • Accommodation from Sunday, June 7 (check-in) to Friday, June 12 (check-out)
  • Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
  • Conference banquet
  • Excursion 

 Cancellation policy: 

  • Before May 1st, 100% refund. 
  • From May 1st to May 25th, 50% refund. 
  • No refund after May 23rd.
  • To pay the registration fee follow instructions below.
  • The full amount of the fee must be received
  • After receiving your payment we will send you a confirmation of your registration by email.

Mark the “Attendant (sharing room)” option plus the “Additional accompanying person” checkbox if you will come with a companion not participating in the workshop. You will get a separate invoice for the companion. Attendant in single room (This option is no longer available)
The excursion will consist in a canoe ride on the river Sella.
