Su trabajo se centra en el estudio de fen&oacute;menos de triboqu\u00edmica y triboemisi&oacute;n en la interfase de materiales s&oacute;lidos, incluyendo la emisi&oacute;n de gases y aerosoles, triboluminiscencia y emisi&oacute;n de electrones e iones. Ha desarrollado m&eacute;todos y sistemas experimentales para determinar emisiones de gases de muy baja tasa con comportamiento altamente din&aacute;mico, lo que le ha permitido abordar los mecanismos de los procesos triboqu&iacute;micos.
