Sus representantes son nombrados directamente por la junta directiva, y son personas que conocen la comunidad a la que representan. Son las personas encargadas de dar contenido cient\u00edfico o tecnol\u00f3gico a nuestra sociedad. Ha trabajado en la caracterizaci\u00f3n de la fricci\u00f3n y el desgaste de materiales y en el desarrollo de recubrimientos PVD por sputtering y arco cat\u00f3dico, para diferentes aplicaciones (recubrimientos duros, pel\u00edculas cosm\u00e9ticas y dispositivos optoelectr\u00f3nicos). En los \u00faltimos 9 a\u00f1os ha estado especialmente involucrado en el desarrollo y caracterizaci\u00f3n de recubrimientos espectralmente selectivos para la absorci\u00f3n termosolar para mejorar la conversi\u00f3n de energ\u00eda.
