Abstracts, Contributions & Awards
Abstracts will be submitted on-line according to a template to be transformed to pdf format. Indicate your preferred session in the submission form. Each submission should indicate the type of contribution: poster, oral or invited-plenary (only upon reception of invitation letter). Each registered author may submit a maximum of two contributions (at least one shall be a poster).
Contributed oral: 20 minutes, including questions. Session Chairs will be strict with the timing.
Invited talk: 30 minutes
Plenary session: 50 minutes.
Posters will be displayed using social network tools. You may additionally prepare a 2 min. Flash presentation. This latter option becomes mandatory for Poster Award Candidates (Restricted to PhD students or first-year Post-Docs). A poster award (cash prize and diploma) will be allocated for each of the main topics covered by the conference.
Best ASEVA PhD Thesis Award
The best ASEVA PhD thesis award for the last biennium will be granted during RIVA on-line. The winner will receive a cash prize, a diploma and an allocation for an invited talk at RIVA on-line.
